You’ll see your Leaders develop the skills and awareness to support their team members who have experienced trauma or workplace-related stress, beyond the initial response to “are you ok?”.
They will feel more comfortable “reaching in” to check on their team’s emotional wellbeing, and responding to the individual needs of their team members.
This non-accredited course has been purpose-built to meet the needs of your Leaders, including:
• understanding situations that may lead to trauma or build-up of psychological stress,
• identifying different types of supports, and understand when they are appropriate,
• recognising the limitations of their own training and ability, and when to refer to professional services,
• gaining a more thorough understanding of workplace debriefing,
• understanding the impact of trauma on individuals and teams, and
• understanding the impact to business when individuals and teams are not resilient.
